Lil Wayne wants the courts to render a judgment in his favor after he was sued by concert promoters over a missed gig in the Bahamas in 2008.
Red City Entertainment accused Weezy of missing the show since he passed out drunk in his hotel room.
The promoters asked Weezy to return the $210,000 advance payment he received, along with an additional $222,000 for expenses and fees.
TMZ obtained legal documents where Lil Wayne refutes the claims. The papers state: "At no point did I become so intoxicated that I passed out on a bed in my suit (sic), or anywhere else."
He also says he bailed on the gig since it was called off.
