Lil Wayne's Entourage Involved in Paparazzi Tiff

Members of Lil Wayne's entourage are accused of rumbling with and roughing up a photographer who was snapping shots of the rapper in Miami, Florida last week.
TMZ reports that an unnamed photographer filed a report with the authorities, claiming that members of Weezy's entourage and crew surrounded him while he was shooting the rapper. Weezy was skateboarding at the time, and the shooter took the opportunity to snap some candids.
The crew demanded that he delete the images and followed that "request" up by spitting on him and knocking him down to the ground.
Yikes.
Team Weezy or Team Photographer? Should the entourage have handled things differently or was the photog in the wrong snapping Weezy while having fun offstage? What's your opinion?
