2018 Golden Globe Music Nominees Include Mary J. Blige & Radiohead's Jonny Greenwood

In the battle for best original song, it is Mariah Carey's "The Star" against Mary J. Blige, Nick Jonas, Miguel (with Natalie Lafourcade) and a track from the as-yet-unreleased Hugh Jackman-starring The Greatest Showman (as performed by Broadway star Keala Settle).

Alongside soundtrack veterans John Williams, Alexandre Desplat, Carter Burwell and Hans Zimmer is Jonny Greenwood of Radiohead, nominated for his work with the London Contemporary Orchestra on Paul Thomas Anderson's Phantom Thread.

Presenters Alfre Woodard, Garrett Hedlund, Kristen Bell, and Sharon Stone were joined for the event by by Golden Globe ambassador Simone Garcia Johnson, Hollywood Foreign Press Association president Meher Tatna, Dick Clark Productions Barry Adelman, and the live cameras of NBC's Today.
