Is Swedish House Mafia Reuniting In 2017

If Swedish House Mafia is reuniting in 2017, it is news to their manager, Amy Thomson - or at least she is keeping her lips sealed about it. Billboard reports that they have confirmation from a variety of sources that the Scandinavian electronic superstars will be reuniting and touring together in 2017. However, Thomson denied the story to the outlet, and posted to Twitter, "Despite calls from journos and before anyone misquotes me... Swedish House Mafia have no tours booked next year... thanks x."

Billboard's source suggests that the trio is likely to play multiple U.S. shows, including Miami's Ultra Music Festival,where Swedish House Mafia members Axwell & Ingrosso are already set as as headliners, as well as concerts in New York and Los Angeles. Nonetheless, Thomson told the outlet, "There's no reunion of Swedish House Mafia planned at all. Even if there was, it's ridiculously private. They're not playing at Ultra. There's no reunion tour planned."

SHM last played together in 2013 at their One Last Tour finale at Ultra Music Festival. Rumors about a reunion began circulating in July, but were quickly shot down by Axwell. Then rumors once again surfaced in October, but were once again rebuked by Axwell & Ingrosso.

It all sounds very suspicious to us, and you know what they say; "The first time someone calls you a horse you punch him in the nose, the second time someone calls you a horse you call him a jerk, but the third time someone calls you a horse, well then perhaps it's time to go shopping for a saddle."
