Stitched Up Heart released the single “Medusa,” featuring guest vocalist Lyric Noel, and the full album MEDUSA on 12 June 2026 through Judge & Jury Records. The release follows the band’s 2025 signing with the label and marks the fourth studio effort from the Los Angeles‑based alternative metal group.

The album contains ten tracks, including collaborations with Austin John Winkler, Lauren Babic & Eyes Set to Kill, Conquer Divide, Butcher Babies, Nonpoint, NOAPOLOGY, and Geena Fontanella. The title track, “Medusa,” is highlighted by a guest appearance from Lyric Noel. The full track list is: 1) Love and Death (feat. Austin John Winkler), 2) Sick Sick Sick (feat. Lauren Babic & Eyes Set to Kill), 3) Glitch Bitch (feat. Conquer Divide), 4) Cannibal (feat. Butcher Babies), 5) Meet Me After Life (feat. NOAPOLOGY), 6) Medusa (feat. Lyric Noel), 7) Beast (feat. Nonpoint), 8) Dead to Me (feat. Geena Fontanella), 9) Devilicious, 10) Ex‑Termination.

The accompanying music video for “Medusa” was shot in Dallas, Texas, and draws heavily on ancient Greek mythology. The concept, conceived by frontwoman Mixi, features twin Medusas in a bathtub and a live snake that, according to Mixi, “was actually scared of me.” The visuals invert the traditional Perseus myth, portraying the Medusas as victorious over the hero.

Production of MEDUSA was handled by Cameron Mizell—known for work with Machine Gun Kelly and Sleeping with Sirens—and Evan McKeever, who has produced for Starset and Miranda Lambert. The album’s sound blends heavy riffs with emotional choruses, a hallmark of the band’s earlier releases.

Stitched Up Heart formed in 2010 in Los Angeles with vocalist Alecia “Mixi” Demner. Their debut, Never Alone (2016), reached the Top 10 on the Billboard Heatseeker and Hard Rock charts. Subsequent albums—Darkness (2020) and To the Wolves (2023)—expanded the group’s presence on the hard‑rock circuit and earned collaborations with artists such as Sully Erna and Craig Mabbitt.

Since joining Judge & Jury Records, the band has continued to tour extensively, sharing stages with Sebastian Bach, Infected Rain, and other hard‑rock acts. Mixi has also used her platform to advocate for increased representation of women in rock and metal and volunteers with animal‑rescue organizations in Southern California.

The release of MEDUSA and its lead single “Medusa” marks a new chapter for Stitched Up Heart, combining the band’s established heavy‑metal aesthetic with a broader roster of collaborators and a thematic focus on empowerment and transformation.

The album is available for streaming and purchase on major platforms, and the official music video for “Medusa” can be viewed on the band’s YouTube channel.
