L.A.B to Headline 8TH Wonders Inaugural Brisbane Festival on January 30, 2027
On January 30, 2027, Brisbane’s Eatons Hill Outdoors will light up with the trans‑Tasman festival 8TH Wonder, as New Zealand reggae band L.A.B takes center stage for the event’s Australian debut.
The one‑day festival, a follow‑up to a Rotorua launch on January 23, 2027, was created by L.A.B and entertainment company Loop. 8TH Wonder is billed as a roots‑music and Pacific‑culture celebration, drawing reggae, soul, dub, R&B and contemporary Indigenous sounds.
Beyond L.A.B, the Brisbane bill features Te Wehi, Sir Dave Dobbyn, South Summit, Aaradhna, Che Fu & The Kratez, Ladi6, Corrella, The Elovaters and Son & Water. All‑ages admission is offered, with children under five free when accompanied by a paying adult.
L.A.B not only headline but also serve as foundation partners. The group’s platinum‑selling albums and sold‑out Australasian tours underscore their standing in the region.
